Terms of Use — KMS Youth Soccer Academy

These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“guardian”, “you”) and KMS Youth Soccer Football Academy (“KMS”, “we”). By downloading, installing, signing into, or using the KMS Youth Soccer – Parent application or web parent portal, you signify your full agreement to these terms.

Enrolled Family Service

The parent portal and mobile application are specialized administrative tools provided strictly for registered academy parents and guardians. It is not an open public platform, and registration is governed by active academy enrollment.

Your licence to use the app

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and run the parent app on devices you own or control, solely for tracking your child’s training and managing academy fees.

Permitted Use

• View training calendars, schedules, and squad assignments.
• Check attendance records and coach evaluations for your children.
• Review pending fees, upload payment receipts, and apply wallet credits.
• Receive push alerts for session reminders and academy announcements.

Prohibited Actions

• Decompiling, reverse-engineering, or creating derivative software.
• Sub-licencing, leasing, or transferring your access credentials to others.
• Attempting to view or intercept data belonging to other academy families.
• Bypassing authentication gates, rate limiters, or server APIs.

The software, visual assets, trademarks, and database structures remain the exclusive intellectual property of KMS Youth Soccer Football Academy and its technical providers.

Accounts and your PIN

Accounts are provisioned by academy administrators upon official player enrollment. Sign-in requires entering your child’s MyKad or Passport number followed by the secret 6-digit PIN established during your initial registration.

Guardian Accountability & PIN Confidentiality

You are personally responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your PIN. Any party possessing this PIN can inspect your family’s records, training schedules, and financial transactions.

To ensure high security against automated account takeovers, there is no public self-service reset. If you forget your PIN or suspect compromise, contact academy administrators directly for verified manual reset.

Fees, receipts and wallet

Rules governing fee settlements, proof-of-payment receipts, and referral balances:

Bank Transfer Only

The app does not collect card payments or charge transaction gateways. Payments are transferred directly to the academy’s Maybank account or DuitNow QR, followed by receipt upload.

Human Administrative Verification

Uploading a receipt marks fee status as “Pending Verification”. An academy finance officer audits the bank transaction before clearing the fee ledger.

Wallet Credits Have No Cash Value

Referral rewards, sibling discounts, and fee adjustments are stored in your academy wallet strictly as promotional credits for academy training dues. They cannot be withdrawn as cash or transferred to other parents.

Server-Determined Rates

All tuition and registration costs displayed are calculated server-side according to approved academy package rates, sibling status, and enrollment period.

Acceptable use

By using the portal, you agree to maintain respectful and lawful conduct:

× Submitting fraudulent or digitally altered bank payment receipts. This constitutes fraud and results in immediate enrollment termination and referral to authorities.

× Uploading unlawful, harmful, defamatory, or copyright-infringing media files.

× Uploading pictures or personal information of players or individuals other than your own children.

× Employing automated bots, spiders, or scrapers to extract academy data or flood server capacity.

Content you upload

You retain ownership of any media files or documents you upload — including bank receipts, emergency contact files, and profile pictures. By uploading, you grant the academy an operational licence to store, process, and inspect these materials solely for running academy enrollment and training programs as described in our Privacy Policy.

You affirm that you have lawful authorization to provide the documents submitted, and that any player photographs provided depict only your legal dependents.

Availability

While we strive for continuous availability, system updates, server maintenance, or field scheduling changes may occur. Training schedules and attendance metrics may be adjusted as match fixtures evolve. Mobile push notifications depend on cellular networks and third-party delivery infrastructure, and cannot be guaranteed against network delivery latency.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, KMS Youth Soccer and its technical partners shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from app downtime or delayed notifications.

Child Safety On-Field: Physical training on the football pitch, player welfare, and safety protocols are governed by the academy’s physical safety policies and your signed Code of Conduct waiver, which supersede software terms.

Ending your access

You may uninstall the mobile app at any time. Simply deleting the application from your phone does not cancel your academy enrollment or delete historical financial records. To formally withdraw a player or exercise data erasure rights, consult our Data Protection Policy. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate app access if these Terms are violated or if enrollment ceases.

Governing law

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with the application shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.

Apple App Store Notice: If downloaded via the Apple iOS App Store, Apple Inc. is not a party to this agreement and bears no responsibility for application maintenance, technical support, or warranties.
